Client stopped for speeding in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-181 by a DUI Task Force police officer.  Officer noticed client had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person, client had glassy, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech.  Client was ultimately arrested and charged with DUI.  DUI and all charges dismissed.
