A woman in Atlanta now faces several years in prison after a motor vehicle accident that left a motorcyclist dead. The Gilmer County community was recently shocked by the tragic death of the Gilmer Middle School principal. A Sandy Springs business located on Interstate 285 was heavily damaged recently after a truck crashed into the location. By the time law enforcement arrived at the location, water was pouring out of the building and walls were substantially damaged. Recently, more than $5 million of cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamine as well as $850,000 in cash were found as part of a large-scale drug bust that occurred in metro Atlanta.
