Client was arrested for DUI in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-391 after she drove around a mechanical arm to get out of a parking deck without paying, she struck a building, then struck a guard rail, then drove the wrong way down a one way street, and struck 3 parked cars. Witnesses testified client was in a nearby bar drinking, and that they saw her staggering down the street to get into her vehicle. The client refused to give a preliminary breath test (PBT) into an Alco Sensor IV handheld breath testing device. The client was arrested for DUI in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-391. The Client further refused the state’s chemical test of his breath on the Intoxilyzer 9000 after being read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice. Client was also arrested for Driving On A Suspended License in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-5-121 from a previous DUI. DUI and all charges dismissed.

The client did provide a breath test into a portable breath test (PBT) which was positive for the presence of alcohol. The client was arrested for DUI in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-391, and read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice. At the jail, the client blew more than twice the legal limit, and provided a breath sample of .172 on the Intoxilyzer 9000. DUI case dismissed, and client paid $100 for driving with a busted headlight.

After several attempts to wake the client the client was unsteady on their feet, and could not answer the officer’s questions. The officer observed an “overwhelming” odor of an alcoholic beverage, bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and flushed face. The client performed all 3 National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) standardized field sobriety tests (SFST’s) including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), 9 Step Walk and Turn (WAT), and the One Leg Stand (OLS). The officer characterized the client as heavily intoxicated. The client was arrested for DUI in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-391. After being read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice the client refused to provide a breath sample in the Intoxilyzer 9000. DUI and all charges dismissed.

The client performed all 3 National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) standardized field sobriety tests (SFST’s) including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), 9 Step Walk and Turn (WAT), and the One Leg Stand (OLS), and failed all of the tests. The client blew a .120 on the Intoxilyzer 9000 after being read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice. DUI and all charges dismissed.

Client was found passed out behind the wheel of the client’s vehicle. Client was previously seen running a stop sign in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-20, and weaving over the roadway in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-6-48. The client refused to perform the 3 National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) standardized field sobriety tests (SFST’s) stating that the client was too drunk to do The client then performed all 3 National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) standardized field sobriety tests including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), 9 Step Walk and Turn (WAT), and the One Leg Stand (OLS), and failed all of the tests. The client then advised that the client was drunk. The client also had a suspended license in violation of O.C.G.A. 40-5-121 from a previous DUI. DUI and all charges dismissed.

Client was involved in a single vehicle accident and was arrested for DUI. Client failed all standardized field sobriety tests as performed by a Georgia State Patrol Trooper. Client was arrested, read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice, and agreed to take a state certified breath test. The results of the state certified breath test on the Intoxilyzer 9000 was .133. All of the clients charges were dismissed including the Failure to Maintain Lane charge which lead to the accident.

Client struck 3 parked vehicles on the side of the road. The City of Atlanta Police Department responded to the scene and requested DUI assistance. Georgia State Patrol had client perform the standardized field sobriety tests including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN), Walk and Turn (WAT), and One Leg Stand (OLS). The client failed all of the field sobriety tests. The client was arrested for DUI, read the Georgia Implied Consent Notice, and refused to submit to a breath test. All charges, including the charges for striking the parked vehicles, were dismissed.
