According to the State Court of Fulton County, the DUI Court Program is:
“The DUI Court Program is an interdisciplinary team approach involving the Judge, prosecutor, public defender or private defense attorney, probation, Marshal’s Department, program manager, case manager and substance abuse treatment professionals. The Team partners with the program participants throughout the treatment process to ensure individual needs are met while restoring accountability.”
