Darius Franklin
Darius Franklin is one of the paralegals at Yeargan & Kert, LLC. Darius joined the firm after working for 5 years at the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office as a Court Support Specialist. In this role, Darius worked with the prosecutors in the courtroom. Darius also prepared, reviewed, filed discovery in thousands of DUI, Battery, and Possession of Marijuana cases. Additionally, Darius prepared many of these files for trial.
Before working as a Fulton County Solicitor’s Office as a Court Support Specialist, Darius spent 2 years working as a vault specialist for a major security firm. Due to Darius’ honesty and exceptional work ethic, he was placed in charge of sorting and preparing large packages of currency for their routes. Before working in this field, Darius spent 8 years in customer service for one of America’s largest corporations.
