Brenda M. Rothman
Attorney Brenda Rothman is a double GSU Panther, having graduated from Georgia State University with a B.A. in English and a J.D. from Georgia State University of Law. While at law school, Brenda perfected her craft as a litigator and public speaker in Moot Court.
As a trial attorney, Brenda has spent years in criminal law, with a focus on DUIs. She received specialized training, alongside police officers, in DUI procedures. As a prosecutor, Brenda excelled in motions and trials, winning complex cases. Unlike many lawyers, she has extensive experience in the courtroom as a trial attorney.
Her success and knowledge led to rapid promotion as a prosecutor and into leadership and training positions. Brenda’s experience with thousands of cases and as a prosecutor has led to masterful success in criminal defense, with inside knowledge of how a prosecutor approaches a case and extensive research-based knowledge of the law and the most current state of DUI law. As a former corporate executive and a civil law background, Brenda prioritizes helping clients through the complex maze of justice, focusing on their goals and ensuring they have the best information to navigate their case.
